To assist in responsible battery disposal, we:
- Provide information on safe battery disposal options at the point of sale.
- Encourage customers to use B-cycle accredited drop-off locations.
Retailers and distributors must also:
- Ensure batteries are stored safely and labelled correctly before disposal.
- Follow Queensland’s battery transport and storage regulations.
