Shipping policy

The Groove Man fulfills all orders by either Aramex or Auspost, at our discretion. All orders under $200 (AUD) incur a standard $10 (AUD) shipping fee. All orders over $200 (AUD) receive free shipping. If you have a special request, or any concerns surrounding shipping (we see you, rural areas), then please feel free to get in contact with us at any time and we'll see what we can arrange.

Given the nature of many of our products, we don't typically keep everything in stock at all times. This is due to a few reasons; many of the monitor loudspeakers, high-end cables and amplifiers are hand-made and made to order. As well, we're not a brick and mortar retail store in the traditional sense, and have stock generally available in-country, which is usually available to us within 2-3 business days from date of order. We can also arrange drop-shipping on certain products, should you need them in a hurry.

We're here to guide you on delivery time and stock ETAs should they need to come direct from a manufacturer overseas. Please get in touch with us at any time if you would like an estimate on a specific product, and we'll happily stay in touch to keep you informed as we travel.

If we have goods in-stock, we endeavor to ship within 24 hours of your purchase.
