Shipping Methods & Carriers

We fulfill all orders using Aramex or Australia Post, at our discretion. Our goal is to ensure fast, reliable delivery with the best available shipping service.

Shipping Costs

Orders under $200 AUD incur a flat shipping fee of $10 AUD.
Orders over $200 AUD qualify for free shipping.

If you have special shipping requests or concerns—especially for rural or remote areas—please get in touch, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Stock Availability & Order Fulfillment

We don’t always keep every product in stock due to the nature of our inventory. Many monitor loudspeakers, high-end cables, and amplifiers are handmade or made to order. Our business model isn’t a traditional brick-and-mortar retail store, but we ensure stock is generally available in Australia, with most items arriving within 2-3 business days from the order date.
For certain products, drop-shipping options may be available if you need them sooner.
