Furutech AG-16 is a high performance silver plated α-OCC tonearm cable engineered to transmit the fragile output of a phono cartridge with uncompromising accuracy. The Furutech AG-16 tonearm cable carries the minute millivolt signal from tonearm to phono stage while resisting RFI and EMI interference that can veil detail and compress dynamics. Furutech AG-16 uses silver-plated α (Alpha) OCC conductors produced through the Ohno Continuous Casting process. Furutech AG-16 Offers Straight And Right Angle DIN Options

Furutech AG-16 is available as the Ag-16 with a straight DIN connector or the Ag-16-L with a right angle DIN connector for space-saving installations. The Furutech AG-16-L suits turntables with restricted clearance behind the tonearm base, while maintaining identical electrical performance to the straight DIN version.

Furutech AG-16 features rhodium-plated carbon and stainless-finished CF-DIN or L-DIN connectors paired with CF-126(R) α OCC RCA connectors. Rhodium plating resists oxidation and wear, ensuring stable long-term conductivity and secure contact pressure. The robust 8.0 mm cable diameter and 1.1 metre set length provide an optimal balance of flexibility and mechanical stability within high-fidelity analogue systems.
